Love this guide! Working out alone I either likely pushed too hard to failure, or not enough to see progress. This is so helpful to think about how each rep should feel.

This makes so much sense in why someone who isn't consistent in their fitness routine may not be seeing results. How do you suggest you build strength if you enjoy doing multiple modalities week over week?
